Do I need a physician's referral for your services?
No, it is not necessary to get any kind of physician's referral except in unusual cases which we will let you know about.

Do I need to have a physical done before you can work on me?
No, it is not necessary to get a physical for any of our procedures.

Do you treat pregnant women?
No, we will not perform any of our services on pregnant women. This information needs to be disclosed by clients during our consultation, and the procedure can then be delayed until after the pregnancy.

If I have the hair removed under my arms or on my legs, will it stay away forever?
Our body is always capable of growing new hair as every pore has the ability to grow a hair. When we kill a particular hair it is gone for good. Any hair that seems to reappear in the future is from a pore that didn't have a hair growing in it during the time of the treatments. That's why we recommend multiple treatments, to kill new hairs that may start after the previous treatment was done.

Do you guarantee your results?
We will do what we can to give each person the best results we can. However, each person is different and may respond to a treatment differently. If a guarantee were offered, everyone would want an absolutely perfect result, which is not possible.

Does my skin or hair color matter on certain treatments?
Not usually. For the most part, we can perform our procedures on any hair color and any skin color.

I'm worried that someone will find out that I'm having work done.
Confidentiality is a very big concern for us. We fully appreciate your desire to have your work done without knowledge by anyone else. We perform our procedures in the privacy of rooms that are not viewable from our waiting room. We also have a private waiting room available if you are uncomfortable in the public waiting room prior to your procedure.

Do you treat birthmarks and port wine stains?
Yes, we do. Depending on the degree and color of the mark, we may or may not be able to remove it completely. We'll be able to give you a better idea during our initial consultation with you.
